Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.53: What you need to know

It has been a couple of weeks now that PeopleTools 8.53 has been released. Soon customers will upgrade or are even already upgrading to the new PeopleTools release.

To help customers and partner to streamline this process, an Advisor Webcast was held on February 26, 2013: PeopleTools 8.53 Upgrade.

In the past year we have answered a lot of questions on OTN Forum on the Integration Broker and how to work with web services in PeopleSoft.

We have decided to share with you a training that we have written on the basics of Integration Broker and frequent integration scenarios that a PeopleSoft Developer is faced with. The training is written using PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/PeopleTools 8.51, but still valid for PeopleTools 8.52.

How to setup, configure and use PeopleSoft Mobile Company Directory

At Oracle Open World 2012, Oracle presented three mobile applications for PeopleSoft. In my previous post you could read how to install, setup and use Mobile Expenses and Approvals for FSCM 9.1. Last week the third mobile application, Mobile Company Directory, was released for HCM 9.1.

As mentioned in my previous post, Mobile Expenses and Approvals for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 was introduced at Oracle Open World 2012 and is now available for download, delivered with bundle 23. After seeing this live at Oracle Open World 2012, I had to have it running on my own sandbox. This post will describe the steps you need to take, to get up and running with PeopleSoft Mobile Expenses and Approvals.

Oracle ADF Mobile, Now General Available

After being announced at Oracle Open World 2011, Oracle ADF Mobile is finally general available as of today (October 22, 2012).

PeopleSoft Mobile Expenses & Approvals available for download

After a long, long time PeopleSoft is on the Mobile tour again. PeopleSoft has presented three mobile applications on Oracle Open World 2012: Company Directory, Expenses and Approvals. The latter two are now available for download in FMS FINANCIALS 9.1 BUNDLE #23. And you do not have to wait for Financials 9.2 or PeopleTools 8.53, this is already available on Financials and Supply Chain 9.1 with PeopleTools 8.52!
