Wow, what a week this was. Oracle announced so many new technologies that by the third day, most of the attendees suffered from an information overload.
Some of the buzz words on Oracle Open World 2012:

On the Applications level the most important message was the continued commitment of Oracle. Not forcing customers to Fusion Applications, but enhancing the user experience to increase productivity and efficiency. For PeopleSoft this is achieved in 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.53 with the following features:
- Branding
- Integration Hub Licensing
- Pivot Grids
- Dashboards
- Mobile
- PeopleSoft Update Manager, delivering PeopleSoft on VirtualBox
- Activity Guide Framework
- Train stops
- Secure Enterprise Search
